Our goal is to teach real estate investing to those wanting to learn how to retire rich with real estate. We have a proven system for finding properties and turning them into cash machines! You can do this part-time while you're currently working. Renting single family homes creates passive income can be used to supplement your household income or use it purchase more properties. This is what I did and quickly built a large rental portfolio.
Our Story
I am a serial entrepreneur. In middle school, I was the kid who sold candy at school to earn a few bucks. In high school and college, I sold and installed car stereo systems. From there, I went on to start a number of service and retail businesses.
In 2002, I turned to real estate investing because I was looking for an investment to use as a college savings plan for my daughter. I soon found that real estate was the best way to create an income stream, build wealth, and still have time for my other ventures.
Now, I manage a portfolio of rental property worth millions of dollars. The hard lessons I learned as I rehabbed, rented, and flipped properties over the last two decades, I want to share with you, so that you too, can retire rich with real estate!

Paul enjoys playing guitar and working on computers. He has been married to his wife, Heather, for 23 years and has two children.
