I am a serial entrepreneur. In middle school, I was the kid who sold candy at school to earn a few bucks. In high school and college, I sold and installed car stereo systems. From there, I went on to start a number of service and retail businesses.
In 2002, I turned to real estate investing because I was looking for an investment to use as a college savings plan for my daughter. I soon found that real estate was the best way to create an income stream, build wealth, and still have time for my other ventures.
Now, I manage a portfolio of rental property worth millions of dollars. The hard lessons I learned as I rehabbed, rented, and flipped properties over the last 15 years, I want to share with you, so that you too, can retire rich with real estate!
